One terminology note: "in Gründung" (abbreviated "i.G.") means the GmbH is still in the process of being formed — not yet fully registered in the commercial register — which is a specific legal status under German law with implications for liability (the founders/managing director can be personally liable for obligations incurred before registration). I translated it as "in formation," which is the standard English rendering, but it's worth flagging since it affects how this entity's legal status should be represented to English-reading customers.
